William is Highly Skilled and Experienced Geologist with Master Degree in Geology and over 15 years of experience in the field.Proven expertise in conducting field research,analysing geological data and publishing findings.Proven track record in enhancing drilling operations and optimizing resources extraction in complex geological formation.

Francis is a passionate environmental consultant with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is registered Proffessional Envirnomental Expert to undertake Environmental Impact Assessment {EIA} and Environmental Audit {EA},Registered Expert by National Environmental Management Council {NEMC} and Engineers Registraton Board {ERB} of Tanzania, leads a team of skilled professionals dedicated to optimizing mining operations for more than 50 Projects.
